Project Workflow

How the process works

  1. Initial contact
You send us a photo, a description, a damaged component – or ideally a complete original for measurement.

  2. Feasibility check & feedback
We assess whether and how the reconstruction is technically and economically feasible.

  3. CAD model & prototype (if required)
If necessary, we create a precise 3D model and produce a prototype for alignment.

  4. Production & delivery
After approval, we manufacture the requested part – as a one-off or in small series.

Notes

Pricing:
Prices depend on complexity, material and quantity.
We calculate transparently – no flat rates or hidden charges.

Usage rights:
For CAD-only jobs without manufacturing, we provide the 3D file.
For manufacturing orders, only the physical part is delivered.
The print data remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data storage for repeat orders:
All construction data is stored permanently.
This means your part can be re-produced immediately later –
without additional modeling or coordination costs.
That saves time, ensures reproducibility and shortens delivery times.

Order sequence & express handling:
Standard orders are processed in the order they are received.
Priority processing is possible through express manufacturing with surcharge.
Please let us know in your inquiry – we will check availability accordingly.
