Unavailable plastic components are a real problem in many technical systems – especially for older devices, machines or vehicles.
We close this gap by precisely reproducing spare parts as one-offs or in small series.
Here’s how it works:
-
Part analysis & preparation:
You send us a defective, worn or missing component – ideally in original condition or with additional information. We analyze geometry, function and mounting situation. -
Digital reconstruction:
Based on the sample, we create a digital model. Weak points are corrected, tolerances are considered and – if appropriate – design improvements are implemented. -
Manufacturing with the right method:
Depending on the requirement, the reconstructed part is produced using advanced 3D printing with suitable technical plastics. We ensure dimensional accuracy, durability and repeatability. -
Documentation & repeatability:
All data is stored permanently. You can reorder identical parts at any time without remodelling – fast, cost-efficient and with consistent quality.
Typical use cases:
- Enclosures, brackets, covers or caps
- Lightly stressed mechanical parts
- Components without drawings or manufacturer data
Our reproductions are used wherever original spare parts are no longer available – or no longer meet the technical requirements.
We deliver precisely reconstructed, functionally tested and reliably reproducible replacement parts.
